Winners Announced at 5th Annual Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in USA Awards Show Hosted by Master Chef Martin Yan at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas

Fremont, CA (January 6, 2009) – Chinese Restaurant News announced the Top 10 winners of Overall Excellence Award at the 5th Annual Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in the USA Awards Show ?at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 5th. To qualify for the Overall Excellence Award, restaurants must have been in business a minimum of two years, have at least 50% of their menu items related to Chinese food, and have earned positive industry or customer recognition. The final results are tabulated with Mystery Diner’s scores and direct votes from the public at large. The top 100 highest-scoring restaurants achieve the Overall Excellence Award. These award-winning restaurants demonstrate the highest standards of cuisine, d écor, service and cleanliness.
