Hosted by Award winning Chef Martin Yan and Theresa Lin, the awards show and conference will take place at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino on January 5, 2009.
Organized by Chinese Restaurant News, the Top 100 Chinese Restaurants Awards sets the standard for excellence,aiming to present the very best of Chinese cuisine, which has become a part of America's daily dining scene.
