Congratulations are in order for Eric and Rosa Lee, owners of Peking Chef in the Dallas Shopping Center, which recently made the list of the top 100 Chinese restaurants in America.
The restaurant won for overall excellence and also, in a similar category to its 2007 win, for having a healthy menu.Check it out at www.top100chineserestaurants.com/award/.
The Lees received their awards at a ceremony in Las Vegas this week, according to Joe DeVizia, who is chairman of Generation to Generation, a nonprofit group founded by Lee.
"We are proud and honored to be on your team, Eric and Rosa, and so happy that you have encouraged us to care about others," DeVizia writes. "Hard work, excellent food,wonderful service, and great staff with outstanding leadership makes you the best. Thanks for all that you do for the community."
