RESTAURANT AWARD

Hong Wah Chinese Restaurant made the Top 100 Healthy Menus, one of the award categories in the Fifth Annual Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in the USA Awards. The awards are sponsored by Chinese Restaurant News and the ceremony took place earlier this month in Las Vegas.

Hong Wah has a section of its menu that offers low-fat, gluten-free entrees that are steamed instead of fried. Customers can also request to have no MSG, says co-owner Vicki Shi, who runs the restaurant with husband Kevin Zheng.

Hong Wah serves lunch and dinner daily.
