China Bistro among top 100 Chinese restaurants
Lin Bi received an award for his restaurant, China Bistro, as one of the Top100 Chinese Restaurants in the USA at The Fifth Annual Top100 Chinese Restaurants USA Awards Ceremony in Las Vegas.
China Bistro has been serving the Lakes Region for more than 25 years. Just recently, China Bistro went through extensive renovations to redesign every facet of the restaurant. The beautiful décor and new menu with authentic Chinese cuisine is a whole new dining experience that you cannot get anywhere else in the Lakes Region.

Restaurant News with the support of the National Restaurant Association, AboutFace, the Mystery Diner evaluation service provider, Healthy Dining, the restaurant nutrition educator, the Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in USA award show is a national event which aims to present the very best of Chinese cuisine which has become a part of America's daily dining scene.
This year's award ceremony was hosted by Martin Yan in Las Vegas at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.Yan as the Award winning Chef and the host of television cooking show: the now classic "Yan Can Cook."Special guests of the event also include Chinese radio & television show anchor Theresa Lin, Co-Emcee Derek Uehara, the 2007 Miss Asia International finalists Rena, Rui Hong (Title Winner), Cathy, Tsue-Ting Shen (1st Runner Up) and Mariyah Moten (2nd Runner Up) and The Mayor of the City of Las Vegas,Oscar B. Goodman.
To qualify for the award, restaurants must have earned positive industry, media or customer recognition.Qualified restaurants undergo rigorous evaluation by professional Mystery Diners. The Award winner are selected from thousands of competitors, these exceptional restaurants demonstrate the highest standards of cleanliness, cuisine, décor and service from more than 45,000 Chinese restaurants in the USA. China Bistro was also noted by the Mystery Diner as having "the best General Gau's Chicken" he or she has ever tasted. China Bistro is the first restaurant to receive this award in the Lakes Region.
With more than 45,000 Chinese restaurants in the United States — more than the number of McDonald's,Burger King and Wendy's stores combined — it is truly an accomplishment for a restaurant to stand out amongst such a large number.
